Right now, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our dynamic team. As the CCO, you will be responsible for overseeing all Marketing and Sales functions like lead generation, marketing automation and strategies, delivering and executing High-Value Content. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills, crypto and real estate market business knowledge, and a passion for building strong and innovative customer relationships.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Lead Generation / Customer Acquisition: Track and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies in generating new leads and acquiring new customers.
  • Customer Retention: Monitor customer churn rates and develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth: Set revenue targets and work collaboratively with the sales and marketing employees to achieve or exceed those targets.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop a customer-centric business strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Customer Insights: Utilize market research, data analytics, and customer feedback to gain deep insights into customer behavior, needs, and preferences.
  • Marketing and Sales Alignment: Foster close collaboration between marketing and sales employees to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
  • Customer Experience Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the end-to-end customer experience across all customer journey touchpoints, including pre-sales, sales, and post-sales interactions.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for revenue growth through customer upselling, cross-selling, and expansion strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Build and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, can-do mindset, trust, and transparency in everything we do.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer-focused roles, such as marketing, sales, or customer success, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Agility and Adaptability: Capability of seamless and quick transitioning between strategic planning and hands-on execution. You should be comfortable moving between the big picture and the details, understanding how strategic decisions translate into practical actions and how to get them done.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate, blockchain/crypto industry landscape, market trends, and customer behavior in order to get results.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to derive meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results Orientation: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, track performance, and drive revenue growth.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and (blockchain) market conditions.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Expertise: Proficiency in Hubspot, and other tools to effectively manage customer data, track customer interactions, and drive customer engagement.
  • Innovation and Continuous Learning: A passion for dominating and innovating industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer experience management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer pain points, propose effective solutions, and drive improvements.
  • Ethical Conduct: Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in all customer interactions.
