The Prop.com platform is being provided by PC Holding UAB, and the Securitization activities on the Prop.com platform are provided by a Securitization SPV (The Issuer) which is a 100% subsidiary of PC Holding UAB. PC Securitization SCS I UAB (The Issuer), with its registered office at Vilnius, Žalgirio g. 90-100, Lithuania, and company code 306629615, does not fall under the supervision of the Bank of Lithuania (BoL) for its securitization activities. The Issuer relies on an exemption under The Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, (12)), applicable to offers of securities to the public with a total consideration in the Union of less than EUR 1,000,000 calculated over a period of 12 months. Member States should not extend the obligation to draw up a prospectus in accordance with this Regulation to offers of securities to the public with a total consideration below that threshold.
